Important Dates

It’s crucial to pay attention to the open enrollment periods. For a January 1 2024 effective date, you must enroll my December 15th.

• Enrollments submitted after Dec 15th will be effective Feb 1 2024.
• If you do not enroll by February 15th, you may not be able to get coverage for the remainder of the year.
